Inspired by the original ranch cabin in
Dayton, WY

When the family purchased this old ranch in Wyoming, all that stood was the original two-room log cabin. Years later, after restoring the cabin, they wanted build a new house that paid tribute to the original without mimicking it. The exterior of the new house is a combination of logs, stucco, stone and timber framing that link the two buildings visually. The interior continues the theme with native materials such as river rock, cowhide and plank floors.
